INDIA OPENS ITS ACCOUNT OF GOLD MEDALS :

Indian Shooters make our country proud yet again.
Hurray !!!!!!!

The OLYMPIC gold medalist Abhinav Bindra along with Gagan Narang won gold medal in Pairs 10m air rifle and created Commonwealth Games record. Bindra and Gagan Narang's combine score was 1193, which they bettered from the combined score of 1189 four years ago.
Soon after, Anisa Sayeed and Rahi Sarnobat won a gold medal in the 25m pistol pairs event.

India in total, have bagged a total of 7 medals ( 2 Gold, 3 Silver and 2 Bronze) which is though not outstanding but yet is very satisfying. Don't forget some of the major sports superpowers like Australia is one of the participating in the common wealth games which makes the competition really tough.

India is expecting a few more gold medals today. In fact , Indian is in contention for the gold medal in all the three categories in the Greeko - Roman style. Indian wrestlers have reached to the finals in all the categories in the wrestling event ensuring India three medals in the CWG-10 in greeko- roman wrestling.
